Create 3 projects

 

1..Background layer
2. Paint bucket on new layer
3. Pull your background image to the top of your layers and use the text tool to type a word.
4. Right click on the top layer and create a clipping mask
5. Double click text layer and create a drop shadow to add depth to the text
